1. What is Deals Tree Pay, and what services do you provide?

A. Deals Tree Pay is a third-party service aggregator platform operating in Pakistan. We connect customers who need specific services (like home repair, professional consulting, etc.) with independent service providers (“Providers”) who offer those services. Our role is to facilitate the connection and comparison. We do not employ the Providers, nor do we sell, deliver, or fulfill any of the services ourselves.

2. Does Deals Tree Pay handle the payments for the services?

A. Generally, no. Payments for services rendered, including all fees, taxes, and charges, are handled directly between you and the Service Provider. Deals Tree Pay is not involved in the invoicing, payment processing, or financial transactions related to the final service agreement. Please confirm the payment terms and method directly with your chosen Provider.

3. How do I know the Service Providers are reliable?

A. Deals Tree Pay strives to feature a diverse network of Providers in Pakistan. While we perform initial checks, we do not guarantee or endorse the quality, qualifications, or performance of any specific Provider. We highly recommend that you perform your own due diligence, check references, review feedback, and request proof of credentials or insurance before entering into a contract with any Provider you find through our Platform.

4. What if I have a problem or dispute with a service I received?

A. Since the service contract is solely between you and the Service Provider, all disputes, complaints, refund requests, or service quality issues must be resolved directly with the Provider. Deals Tree Pay is not a party to the service agreement and cannot mediate, enforce refunds, or issue resolutions. Please refer to the Provider’s terms and conditions for their dispute resolution process.

5. Is there a charge to use Deals Tree Pay to find a Service Provider?

A. For customers, using the Deals Tree Pay platform to browse, compare, and connect with Service Providers is typically free. We generate revenue through other means, such as fees or subscriptions paid by the Service Providers for listing their services on our Platform.

6. How can I get a refund or cancel a service?

A. Any service cancellation or refund requests are subject to the specific terms and policies of the individual Service Provider you hired. You must contact the Provider directly to discuss their cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and associated fees. Deals Tree Pay cannot process cancellations or refunds on behalf of the Provider.
