1. Our Role as an Aggregator

1.1. Nature of Service: Deals Tree Pay is a third-party aggregator platform operating in Pakistan. We provide a neutral space for users to discover, compare, and connect with independent, third-party service providers (“Providers”).

1.2. Non-Vendor Status: We do not sell, endorse, provide, or fulfil any services listed on our Platform. We are not a party to any contract or transaction entered into between you and a Provider.

1.3. No Service Guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, suitability, or availability of any services provided by the Providers. Any engagement, purchase, or contract for services is solely between you and the Provider.

2. Your Use of the Platform

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in Pakistan to use the Platform.

2.2. User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for carefully reviewing the qualifications, licenses, and terms of service of any Provider you choose to engage.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting service inquiries.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.

2.3. Prohibited Activities: You must not use the Platform to:

Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Platform.
Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
Engage in any form of fraudulent activity.

3. Transactions with Third-Party Providers

3.1. Independent Relationship: The relationship between you and any Provider is that of independent contractors. Deals Tree Pay has no control over the services provided by the third party.

3.2. Service Agreements: You acknowledge that all services you receive are subject to the separate terms and conditions, contracts, and privacy policies established by the respective Provider.

3.3. Payments: All payments for services are made directly to the Provider, not to Deals Tree Pay, unless otherwise explicitly stated by us for specific limited functions (which will be governed by additional terms).

3.4. Disputes: Any disputes regarding the services, quality of work, pricing, or billing must be resolved directly between you and the Provider. While we may, at our sole discretion, assist in facilitating communication, Deals Tree Pay is not obligated to mediate or resolve any service-related disputes.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1. “AS IS” Basis: The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on it.

4.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deals Tree Pay, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with:

Your access to or use of the Platform.
The conduct or actions of any Provider.
The quality or results of any services you obtain through the Platform.

4.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deals Tree Pay from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms or your dealings with any Provider.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, trademarks, service marks, and logos contained on the Platform, including the name “Deals Tree Pay” and “dealstreepay.online,” are owned by or licensed to us, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Platform.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi in Pakistan.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
